Sometimes apologising can be seen as admitting liability and can sometimes therefore be inadvisable when talking to a clients. It is always a good idea to check beforehand with a manager if you you are unsure in situations like this.

Try to throw in surprises, this will make people remember you! However, don’t be too crazy as this can alienate people..

Also be careful about giving the same presentation again and again- this can make things stale for somebody who has come to see you speak for the second time

hey, also watch out if you are using too many cliches- if you have to read a lot of these things it must get boring to hear the same thing again and again
